Support Discord

The fastest way to reach the maintainer is the support Discord. It's the right place for:

• Bug reports — what happened, what you expected, and your faction/player ID if relevant.
• Feature requests — active faction feedback directly shapes what gets built next.
• Account and data questions — including requests related to your stored data (see the Privacy Policy for what's stored and how to self-serve deletion from Settings).
• Questions about a war estimate, hospital reading, or anything that looks wrong — screenshots help.

Before you reach out

Common questions are already answered on the About & FAQ page — key safety, whether you have to share your stats, and how the tool stays within Torn's API rate limits. It's worth a quick check first.

Response times

This is a free, community-built and community-maintained tool, not a staffed support desk. Bug reports and questions are generally answered within a few days; there's no guaranteed SLA.
