By accessing or using Torn War Intelligence (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a faction, you're confirming you have the standing to do so within that faction.
Torn War Intelligence is a free, independent, community-built tool that reads data from the official Torn API (with your consent, via your API key) to display hospital status, roster information, and war intelligence for your Torn City faction. It is not part of Torn, and Torn has not reviewed, endorsed, or sponsored it.
You must be the legitimate holder of the Torn account and API key you connect. Do not use a key that belongs to another player without their explicit permission, and do not use the Service to violate Torn's own Terms & Conditions or API rules.
You are responsible for the API key you provide and for keeping it out of anyone else's hands. You can revoke access at any time by deactivating or regenerating your key in Torn, or by deleting your data from the Settings page. Full detail on how your key and data are stored is in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: attempt to disrupt or overload the Service; attempt to access another player's account, key, or data without authorisation; scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service's data for a commercial product without permission; or use the Service for any purpose that violates Torn's own rules, including abuse of the Torn API rate limits.
Some data — anonymised stat estimates and war-history records — is shared across factions that use the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to your gameplay data contributing to that shared intelligence pool in anonymised form.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Stat estimates, hospital timers, and war data are best-effort approximations built from the Torn API and third-party signals — they can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Do not treat any figure on this site as guaranteed accurate; it is an aid to judgement, not a replacement for it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainer of Torn War Intelligence is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service — including in-game losses, missed attacks, or decisions made based on estimates shown by the tool.
The Service may be supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies and data are handled.
These terms may be updated as the Service evolves. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data from Settings. Access may be suspended for accounts found to be violating these terms or abusing the Service.
